Since various social media exist, we can easily communicate with friends and relatives. People who are in a far place will know others daily lives through their posts. On the other hand, some people use social media with exaggeration.

A post in social media can make a person’s life destroyed due to negative reaction from the public. The following are the unlucky person lives ruined by social media.
In 2012, a young man named Cameron Jankowski (19) from Fort Wayne Indiana did a stupid act. He did that because following an online challenge trend called #PissOlympics. In this challenge, people urinated on an object in their workplace and photographed the scene then spread it on twitter.
Jankowski followed this trend by urinating a plate of Nachos Bell Grande from the Taco Bell restaurant where he worked for. Instead of getting a positive response, Jankowski post got a negative response. The people were suspecting him gave that Nachos to the customer after he urinated.
Jankowski’s twitter even also got hacker attack, then leaked the complete data of Jankowski through a video uploaded to YouTube. As a result, Jankowski fired from Taco Bell and even languished in jail for did inappropriate act to food. His lived even destroyed after he was free from jail. He had trouble getting a job because of a bad image from a ridiculous post he ever did.
In 2011, Nicole Crowther 21 years old began to achieve her dream as an actress. She was getting a role as one of the extras in the musical drama Glee who was famous at the time. Nicole was invited to a dinner with the other extras to discuss their role. When dinner, Nicole got an explanation about the plot of an episode titled “Prom Queen” which she would play.
It should be a secret that they had to keep before the episode airs. Unfortunately, after returning from the dinner Nicole just shared the episode storyline through her Twitter. At that time, she had more than 2,000 followers. The result was fatal because the twit instantly became viral and made many people knew the secret of the Glee storyline. This incident certainly triggered the anger of all Glee series fans around the world.
This news eventually came to Brad Falchuk, an executive producer of the Glee series. He sent tweets of disappointment to Nicole. After the incident, Nicole was fired from Glee’s player’s list for being unprofessional. Since then, Nicole never got an offer again to play dramas or movies. Her dream destroyed due to her a silly tweet.
